Overview
I originally trained as an illustrator and worked for a wonderful small publisher to create ‘How to Draw’ and colouring books for children. The animals shown here were some of my favourites.
Birds
I was born in South Africa and after a long stay in Cape Town I became obsessed with the birdlife there. The illustrations below sprang from a self-initiated project to document some of the amazing birds I saw, and then (with the addition of some more familiar British species) were used in books for children.
